First you have to prove to me that Brad or KB knew it was stolen list.

Brad does not want the money, its all principle if the product bought was not believed to be what was delivered.

What I am saying is the 17K is not the problem, its the 17K which was sold in theory to be the value, and what happens when its worth shit.

So the honorable thing to do would be to cancel the deal which would refund the money.

There is another webmaster that got burned over an email list and he was hell bent to hunt this man down, did and it was resolved.

I think Brad wants resolution more than the money, granted the money paid back would be resolution.

I found out the list was both "stolen" and shit after the fact. I would not buy a "stolen" list from a friends program any day. Maybe CE, but not a friend.

KB claims he was simply acting as broker and only made $1k for the deal. So I asked him to refund my $1k, show me he only made $1k, and give me the full info of person he was brokering for, and I would go from there. I feel that is MORE than fair. Starting to wonder though if he made more than $1k off the deal since he has produced nothing to settle this as we agreed. Nor has he told me who he brokered the list for other than that I should be afraid of the dude. Brad Shaw is not afraid of anyone when $17k is on the line.

BTW, it is a lot more about the $, it is about getting fucked.

For teh record Aaron- NO LIST were ever stolen or told to me by those selling the lists that they were stolen - this was fabricated by Brad to scare me....

I brokered three lists in entire career- two of them GREAT and made money for people ( a lot of MONEY)

They were all sent from a third party NOT MYSELF all I did was make phonecalls and pt people together-
