Miller, COPA and Extreme Assoc?
Isn't it quite possible that this case could be the one that makes it back to the Supreme Court on defining local obscenity standards that were set in Miller vs how they would currently be defined in relation to the internet.
The Supreme Court has been reluctant to rule on this at this point or to strike down COPA but prosecutions like this could push their way up to making them make a decision. If so how confident are you that the court would be able to make a good decision on this, and if they upheld Miller and struck COPA down and decided that local obscenity standards carried over to the internet what do you think might happen to this biz? |
