svchost.exe problems help please
 

i keep getting this error

svchost.exe has shutdown error you will need to restart the program blah blah..s omething like that..

anyway..
it won't stay on and i have to restart my computer and than 5 minutues later it shuts down again and then nothing works right afterwards.

it just starting doing it today.
anybody know now i can fix this
