How the hell can 3500 extra calories give you an additional pound of weight ??

I can think of lots of foods that if eaten add up to more then 3500 calories yet the foods themselves don't weigh a pound.

Like 35 spoonsfuls of Mayo. (1 tsp = 100 callories)

calories = energy. it is converted into fat later.

It's really all about what your body does with the food, gets rid of it, and stores it and turns it into fat for energy or turns it into muscle, etc.

You can't grow more fat than the weight of the food you consume. Even 1 pound consumed = 1 pound of additional weight is inpossible since your body needs energy to transfer it into fat.

:) You must be a doctor. You eat some food. Say in one person its turned into fat, in the other person its muscle. They wont weigh the same. You can easily mix two things together and make it weigh more than the combined weight of the items seperately. Your body converts things into other things, etc. Its very possible.

dont depend on protein shakes as a major source of protein.

eat a lot of fuckin food, its a higher quality source of protein

get cheap canned tuna (and no, its not bad for you)... $.49 cents a can, eat 3 a day..

eat a lot of chicken, of course.

and eat several eggs a day.

you will put on weight.

but theres no calories in what you mentioned...

I get around 150-180g protein a day... with chiken, fibers, tuna, turkey burger, shakes, etc... but at the end of the day... I havent eaten enough calories... only pasta seems to help...

I don't know how you would like to do that in your body but i know e=mc2 so in order to mix those 'things' together you'll have to add a lot of energy to it in order to let it weight more than the ingredients and geuess were that energy (in your body) would come from...
