I tried to help him by getting him money. He Stormpay'd me $500.00 and I agreed to Western Union it to him so he could have it. Now, I find out that he cheated me.

Thank you. The only thing you can do is make a reputation for yourself, that people know you will go after anything you can get your hands on.

This includes, sponsor accounts, hosting, 3rd party billing accounts and if you can find any fake whois info, then have the domains suspended.

If the 3rd parties don't comply, then send the authorities to collect the info from them. They don't like that :)

Be aggresive, and never back down.
