He is BOTH voices you hear. He has a bunch of characters (just like many of you) and listeners hear him talking to himself and think he's actually talking to another person. These characters just talk stupid and say controversial shit. After awhile, people call in to yell at his fake character thinking its a real other person... anyhow, you gotta listen sometime.
