Yes, this is fraud. You broke two of their terms:
- Attempt to cheat, defraud or mislead us in any way;
- Misrepresent to the public the terms and conditions or content of our sites or your sites;

You specifically wrote to y our surfers how to get free access and are telling surfers to join and then cancel before the 30 min / 3 day trial is over. That is a misrepresentation to the surfers and is certainly not going to make TCG any money if all their surfers join and then cancel.

So to that end, you cheated and Jay did his job well.

Very simply stated, the response you received from TrafficCashGold will be the ONLY response you receive. If we took the time to explain every detail to clearly fraudulent webmasters (and many do ask!), we would only be assisting them to find new ways to defraud us.

Enrics, maybe you didn't know but it is generally accepted that you should never mention/hint/insinuate the word "cancel" to your surfers. The reason persignup programs pay so much persignup is because they want people to buy a trial with an open mind, not with the thought of "I better cancel before my 3 days are up". This was an expensive lesson for you to learn.
