Would anyone care to share thier experiences regarding purchased gallery spots?

I am looking at the cost of buying top link placements at the top tgp's and seeing a potentially huge investment. Can anyone share thier experiences so I may make a more informed decision?

u better be a pro at selling or u better get big traffic

you can get the wrong day of the week and get like 2 sales from a $500 investment....or you can hit a good one and get 40...it's so hit or miss in my experience

Start off buying some gallery spots from smaller TGP's so you can find out if your gallery design/sponsor will sell. Once you are comfortable with your returns, then decide to try the larger TGP's such as the HUN, AL4A and such...

I can tell you several TGP/MGP's that offer outstanding traffic for a very small investment (Like $3-10 a day placement).

Does the lack of responses mean that very few have experiences with paid gallery spots, or just that nobody wants to talk about thier experiences?

You could try testing a gallery with Choker's gallery traffic first - he let's you buy a 100,000 i-f-r-a-m-e-d test for $25 - then if it works try it on some of the leading tgps that sell spots. That way you won't be risking too much capital.
