Verotel info??
 

I'm getting ready to launch some new sites and was taking a look at using Verotel as the processor. Any input?

Always used CCBill before and had good results, but now I am outside the US and that presents a problem.

Are you in EU? If so, it's probably safer to go with ccbilleu.

I use Verotel, they're a fairly good processor, but be prepared to wait literally days for replies to emails. There have also been a couple of significant outages where they misreported the extent of the downtime, or didn't report it at all.

Those are the two major probs I've had with them. On the plus side, they accept a much wider range of cards (and countries), and they also offer some extra payment methods like direct debit (netherlands, germany and austria) plus the EU equivalent of 1-900 billing.

Are you based in the UK if so get in touch as we process debit cards at just 1%.

Verotel is a good and solid company, but I would recommend CCBillEU anytime :thumbsup

yup go for ccbilleu and get verotel as a backup, contact ccbill and ask for sean or corvett as a rep (tell them thinkx send you ;) theyre the best
