Checks vs Creditcards
 

Assuming that the majority of people that have credit cards have checkbooks... has anyone tried to rotate online checks into the primary payment spot?

Everyone responsible enough to have a credit card probably has a checking account right?

It just seems like there's a lot more flexibility using checks (at least today) with no real disadvantage vs creditcards.

If so what types of results have you experienced? Do people still opt to pay via CC?

Most people are spending money they dont have, which is why they use credit cards. If we relied on money that people had, there would be a lot less signups!

You are correct. However, check signups can do quite well when promoted properly.

Yeah I'm not saying dont take checks.. I'm saying dont try to make them think thats the only way to pay at first, because if they dont have the money to spend, they will leave right then.

My boy is smart.. not to mention revokes on checks.. a credit card is much easier to verify sufficient funds, let alone correct account number than checks..
