im having the same problem with celeb traffic... mostly from google. this is bullshit.

dont count out the processor scrubbing harder than normal.


Hell i send out 20k to sponsors normally on avg and did well but last thursday and friday they scrubbed 50% of normal sales off...

I've seen lower conversions than normal too. :(

i don't understand how scrubbing works, why would they reject perfectly good cards? it doesn't make sense to me.

I use mainly ccbill sponsors so (intentional) shaving is unlikely. My signups have been all over the place in the past 10 days, it has gone something like this:

2 days with zero signups
2 days with a small trial only
1 day with record sales and conversions, approx 2.5X the norm
...and mixed in with those, several normal days

I can't see any trend there, except perhaps chaos... unless the day with record sales was actually earlier sales being properly credited. That's the only explanation I can think of.

From what I'm hearing this past week was horrible for many people who normally have relatively steady business.
