Could Arnold win?
A big action star with no political experience. Can Schwarzenegger pull off?
|
He'd suck. If you can't act, you cant be a politician.
But I am 100% sure that he can advertise. |
Jessie Ventura, Sonny Bono, Ronald Reagan...
Sure, why not? He's charismatic, intelligent, hunky. I'd vote for him. |

Bush Backs Schwarzenegger - http://www.nypost.com/news/nationalnews/38746.htm
Pete Wilson Supporting Schwarzenegger - http://www.sacbee.com/content/politi...-8137834c.html He will win :Graucho |
Its gonna be the coolest thing since sliced bread.
|
He can win for sure because of his political views. Conservative republican, with none of the religious bullshit - he supports abortion and gay rights.
Its such a refreshing change compared to the two parties which suck equally, that I think most americans would agree with his policies. |
It just goes to show... Even little boy Ernie Schwazenflinger from the little town of Pottenschpiel can become more influential in the United States of America than 99.999 % of the national population....
And he sure as hell isn't brilliant. nufsed. |

Do you think anything will happen if these pictures are made more public? If Flynt is slammed for being in porn, then how is Arnie any better by posing for a gay magazine?

A fag loving, baby killing, pagan. He is about as republican as I am. The ONLY reason Bush and the rest of the republican slapdicks support him is because if he wins, its another "win" for the republicans. D out, R in, in a state that if I am not mistaken ALWAYS goes to the democrats. Thats all that matters. If he were anything but republican they would be resorting back to their anti-hollywood rhetoric of the last year or so. Republican actors good, non republican actors bad. Its a mockery of democracy and just proves what absolute idiots Americans are. Yay, lets vote him in because he make shitty action movies. I hope the Mexicans start a race riot and kill you all. |

Quick search on AllTheWeb returned those. |
I think he will win and I think anyone would be afraid to run against him. I think he is a sure shot. He likes doing good things for young kids and getting them involved in sports so they don't look for drugs. I think he will be good for Cali.

53% of people actually still believe in Bush and you wonder if Arnold can win? :1orglaugh
|
I want to hear what Arnold has to say about drug decriminalization.
|
it seems this is just a war between Arnold and Larry :ak47:
|
I like Arnold!
Grey has got to go! Triple our car license fees ... I think not! He and the entire state Senate spent our money like it was going out of style and added 40% to the state budget but then failed to reduce the expenses when the tech bubble burst and the market crashed. I think Davis and the entire state government should be recalled! They should be paid based on how low state taxes are and how much money the state makes at years end. If they make a profit for the state they get paid more if they lose the state money they work for nothing! This state is the 5th largest economy in the world. With more resources than anywhere in the world, agriculture, high tech, Tv and Movies, and some of the greatest real estate and best climate in the world. If you can't turn a profit for a state like this you should get a different line of work. And there's no fuckin way we should have the 50th worst education system in the country. Later Davis your history pal! JoeS |
i wonder how much my vote cost for Arnold :2 cents:

So Davis gets funky numbers from the budget department, after he is in office he gets the real numbers (adjusted). Deficiet is a hell of a lot larger than what was initially reported to him. In his short time as the guy in charge he turned a negative 38+ billion dollar deficiet into a negative 8 billion dollar one. Yup he sure is not doing his job. Nobody takes into account the tech bubble bursting and the effect of exspected taxes. The energy crisis that Davis pled to the Feds to step in and help out which they refused only latter to find out it was Enron and a bunch of Texas companies fucking the state that are Bush backers. Davis is also getting flack for a low education rating, yet nobody mentions he is not following the Bush backed "leave no child behind" bill. This bill that actually encourages schools to force out the dumb kids to raise the states test scores in order to recieve cash from the Government. The state of Texas (while Bush was in office as Gov.) claimed a 1.5% drop out rate, showing the public Bush understood education, yet when the books became open that number went upwards of 40%. They just pushed the stupid kids into a GED program or "transfered" them. Yup he is doing a super bad job. What needs to be addressed and removed from the California constitution is this recall ability. If Davis keeps his job, or if Arnold, Flynt, or whomever wins. You can be assured there will be yet another recall and another and another. California will just be constant campaigning. Why in the hell is it right to have less people than those who actually voted in the real election be able to throw out those who did go and vote during the actual election? |

Nothing made Davis sign a bad budget bill! He made that fuckup all by himself. But the Senate should all be fired as well.

They just had this question on one of the major network's evening news polls and Arnie could win according to the results.

Jack Grisham from the 80s influential Punk band TSOL is also running for California governor.

Everytime my daughter's school has a music concert, I have to pay anywhere from $ 5 to 8 dollars to see it.. WHY ?
GRAY DAVIS... |

Would you support a recall of Bush if it was possible? I just want to make sure you are consistent. :) |

Gray Davis is not the God of California, he just happens to be the guy at the top who has a whole shit load of limits on what he can do. |
'if you think education is expensive, try ignorance.'
I saw it on a ladies bumper in front of me yesterday, regarding california decreasing the education budget in Los Angeles alone, by 400k this year, and more next year. I actually await this bitch slipping off into the sea. |
Poll says Schwarzenegger has wide support. Seems a sure winner already...Read More!

Arnold openly admits to smoking weed on a regular basis.
I'm not sure if he does anymore, but in his first movie "Pumping Iron" he noted that he smoked weed before every workout to keep himself focused and to lessen the pain. Go Arnold :thumbsup |

I see kids in stores here that look like they are about to bust, their [parents feed them tons of sugar since birth, its got nothing to do with American, Rosarita. I eat mexican quite often, but ttheres now way they can blame american fast food compared to the native cooking. hahaha get real. |

Aw'Nald, would be the moutpiece with the Kennedy's telling him what to do second, because his wife will be the first.
He could win this. |
You guys are not local here, but Arnold is making appearances all over, even within a mile or so from me and is drawing nice size crowds. He was just outside the big Warner bros studio not long ago, big crowd, he sure has some fans ;)
regardless of how its getting played on cnn and around the world, he has many supporters and i think california wants a more welcome and household name, other than the soulless kidnapping politicians we have in office now. Its more of a people vs the state kinda of thing. People can laugh, but this will b e proof that our system can actually still work. Davis not working? get him out, then repace him with WHO THE PEOPLE WANT. Can't really knock it, thats how it is supposed to work. Im glad its possible. |
