I made a grip of money during college. had all sorts of cash equivalents and taxable income, dividends, capital gains, etc...
I also am maticulous when it comes to taxes, regs, write offs and deductions. just tell the guy that you want to pay the taxes anyway - and to send you your 1099 - or w2 if you're an employee |
There is some kind of exemption from tax with holding if you are a full time student.
But I think it is only associated with a job not a business oppurtunity and I think you have to have had no tax opligation the previous year. In other words you do not have to pay taxes if you are poor and do not make any money. On the w2 form filled out by new applicants at a regular job there is an exempt check box. As a full time student you get some kind of tax incentives. |
