When an affiliate program shuts down and doesn't care enough to email its affiliates, I don't go back to that company no matter how good it converts. I have no doubt that BD is a kick ass program but I still haven't forgiven them for never contacting me when BA went down. I had to find out about it from the friggin' message boards.

I have nothing to do with that. Boob Dollars is my own
program and it has nothing to do with Busty.

I lost a 10k a month job and 12k a month in recurring that
I spent 3 years building.

I don't doubt that. I have never heard anything negative about your program. From what I'd told, you have some of the best CS in the biz. The reason I was pissed is because noone ever sent me an email telling me that BA was closing. I had hundreds of links to BA and was making very good $$ so I felt like I should have at least gotten the curtosy of an email.

In fairness to you, however, BA was NOT your baby. As I understand it, the big cheese had some sort of religious conversion and left the biz to pursue the ministry. (The old BA url still has some links to porn addiction and religious sites, as I recall).

I guess two years (or was it three) is a little too long to hold a grudge. Maybe I'll give you guys a shot! Given what other webmasters have been saying about you, I'd be a fool not to. I have tons of big boob traffic. That's basically the only niche I've focused on for the past five years.

One question though -- do you go to church and are you planning any sort of miraculous conversion within the next few years? :)

Yep, totally sucked when they left this biz. JR and I both had re-occurrings stop all of a sudden.

It's good to see JR keep the Busty tradition alive. Great stuff JR.

Back in those old Busty days, JR ran the whole webmaster program, did an awesome job.

Those Busty business meetings were always a trip. On the ocean, in a business conference room, FooChild32 (owner of Busty) giving speeches about aliens. Pure comedy back then, JR was the only serious one. Memories.

It was a shame that we all lost out when BA closed.
I made lots of attempts to save it but I couldn't, it was
seriously beyond my control.

I felt bad for every webmaster who lost $$ when
BA closed, Sex Tracker Crew lost 40+K a month and
Troels was just about that as well.

D$ and myself lost about 10k a month give or take
a few hundred.

So, it was a fun ride.. and BA taught me alot.. both
good and bad
