Someone has offered their site to me for $4K USD.

I'm wondering how much it would actually be worth.


The site generated $1700 in June and $1250 in July with Nastydollars. Which are great numbers but also indicates a 30% drop in revenue for that program.

The site itself is getting roughly 5.5K uniques a day. And included in the sale are 6 other domains. In total all of the domains are getting roughly 10K uniques a day.

The site needs alot of work and attention. And the current owner puts about 3 hours a day into the site.

So is this site worth $4K? If not what is it worth?

I have reason to believe its not. But what should I look for?

The domain and website has been around for over 3 years. Its a catchy domain name. Linked by several bigger Everything/Nothing sites.
