I know absolutly nothing but heres the question

I am trying to rotate a text with the banner, banner<br>text kinda thing
can i add to this?

if (adhahahaha2) {

alt="ad";
banner="images/ad.gif";
width="468";
height="80";
}

Do it with php java sucks at that shit and is slow

not sure how, going to have to ask i suppose
