How do you guys drive in affiliates to promote your site? I've tried, and it doesnt seem to be working.

Prove you can make them money. Prove you can pay them. Give them incentive. Go directly to webmasters. Tell someone to send you 10k through a gallery and you will guarantee them x signups. Come up with innovative payment. Go to a big player and offer the first ten signups at $50. Offer to pay daily. Bend over backwards. Word will get out. Do that and try not to go broke.
