Say what you will but IMO Top Bucks and specifically Quentin handled this situation very professionally and they have learned from the experience. The fact that Q is not attempting to pass the buck in any way is enough to tell people what kind of a stand up person he is.

Mistakes may have been made. Deal with them, learn from them, and move on. We all have businesses to run and money to make.

I've always felt TopBucks was a class organization and my opinion isn't changed. I'm glad to see them accept responsiblity, but I don't think they should be entirely to blame as they trusted another company to oversee the talent and that company obviously didn't do their job 100%.

TopBucks threw a party I've heard great buzz about. Everyone attending had a great time. So, they did THEIR job, they showed webmasters a good time.

Will be interesting to see if the company responsible for the hiring of the performers will show as much class.

We gave the talent over 200 condome that night. The only unprotected sex was with couples who were partners and didn't need condums to have sex with their partner. In retrospect, we should have asked them to use condums so as not to confuse people.

The rest of the talent (both male and female) demanded condums before doing anything. They are professionals who are well aware of the risks. It's too bad the "reporter" is not a professional.

The only people on the bed were hired talent. Due to poor planning by the Topbucks staff, talent had to enter the set through the crowd, which makes it appear that people came out of the crowd. The talent room was located in another part of ball room and the talent had to walk through the VIP room to get to the shoot room, a walk of about 100 feet, around a bar and through the crowd..

Finally, no security was supplied by Topbucks or the hotel for the actual shooing area. There were probably 30 security people supplied by the hotel but they were used elsewhere. We even had to fight to get the talent from the VIP area to the shooting area, becase Topbucks set up security between the two areas and the security wouldn't let the talent through. I had to walk the talent through the security myself, since I had the appropiate badge.

What about the people having sex in the VIP area? Did you hire them too? If so, bad move allowing that to go on there. When I go into a VIP or All Access area, it is usually to get away from the shit that is going on and maybe to do a little business. Kinda difficult to escape the sexual activities when they have spilled into the other areas. :2 cents:

Why do you keep changing your story? In some posts you say they all had condoms, in others say you say they all had tests, in others you say the random dudes from the crowd were prescreened, then I read a couple of posts from guys who were NOT screened and happily jumped in and banged a hotty or two, no condom.

If your trying to cling to your gig with Top Bucks, maybe you should try sticking to one story.

Yes it's ultimately the performers responsibility. But in an organized situation as the producers of the project you need to A: treat people nicely, and there are many witnesses that said Jason Block was a pure asshole to the girls, and B: Protect the company you're working for by getting all documentation upfront, including tests.

The smartest thing you could've done is shut the fuck up. You're not a spokesperson for topbucks, your the fuckin' help. Keep your pie hole shut so you don't get them straight into a law suit.

You also keep spending so much time blaming the poor dude at Top Pro Talent who only pointed out the things he was told, including comments from both sides. And it seems like with his fair reporting to both sides you got stuck in the middle of the whole thing as the asshole. Topbucks shined, the talent shined...the spotlight it on you.

From what I've heard, your company was in charge of the photoshoot. Maybe YOU guys should have planned it better. I was pretty sure Photo Gregg wanted that reality look if I'm not mistaken.

It's things like that that ruin future parties, but there's a large chance that this may make it much more exclusive and organized next time.

Anyways, why don't you take the cue from Topbucks and swallow the bullet for once like they have. Then this whole thing can disappear and fall into the archives.

Mea culpa. At one point on another board I said everyone use condoms. I was wrong, I found out the couples didn't use condomes. However we supplied condoms to everyone and so far as I know everyone on the bed was talent and was using condums (except for the couples).

However as I also mentioned we were not supplied with any security and so people not part of the event could have gotten in. It is Topbucks and Quickbucks responsiblity to supply the security and they failed.


Jason Block is not part of the PhotGregg team. He was only suppose to bring talent to the party and nothing more. I did not personally witness Jason being an asshole, but if any the talent complains to me about him, I will be sure to compensate them appropiatly. PhotoGregg and I have already paid out well over $1,000 to talent that was not paid or underpaid that night by Topbucks, they all have worked with us and we take care of them.

Topbucks and Quickbucks didn't shine, it was their screws up that left us hanging. They left us with a shitty setup, no security and no control over the set. We produced what they asked for, but they didn't give us everything we need to do the job.

The talent went far beyound what was expected of them and were way underpaid by Topbucks, who was responsible for paying everyone. Some did not get paid at all, some got paid far less then that. We've been dealing with them ever since, trying to keep them happy.

The blame is everyone's to share so it appears...

but for those of you that think its 100% the talents responsibility to protect their bodies is a bit idiotic...

If I bent over in doggystyle and all of a sudden the guy pulls out and a new one puts in...and I didn't turn around to check...and ppl are letting random guys on the bed...well, how is that my fault? As far as the talent knows they signed up to bang X #of guys...

I'll accept responsiblity for things under my control (Jason Block, for example). Others need to accept responsiblity for their part in this. And everyone needs to stop blowing it out of proportion.

If somone is sticking something into you, in the end it's your responsiblity to know what it is and who it is no matter what. If you trust anyone else with your personal safety, you're playing the fool. And I'm not trying to be insulting or nasty, I'm trying to give you good advice here. Depending on someone else to take care of your health, especially during an event like this, will only get you into trouble.

During the shoot I lost count of the number of times I was asked for condoms by talent (male, not female) who stopped what they were doing and waited to get protection.
