Info about Offshore Merchant Accounts

We are looking for as much information as possible about how to obtain high risk adult merchant accounts from offshore banks. We don't have a whole lot of experience with setting this up and it's a requirement for one of our customers as part of this big launch they are doing. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated as it's a pretty murky topic if you go dialing for info :)

Thats so very wrong....it's might be so soon, but right now there is a distinction between Visa USA and Visa Int. or EU - ex. we can process for bestiality, scat, fantasy rape etc. since we are located in the Netherlands and it is legal there....BUT when this is said Visa EU will probably follow Visa US and make this impossible sometime. Many billingcompanies have already felt this!
