IE 6 browser, wtf?

im using Netscape 7.1 since it has pop-up blocker, but how come im still getting pop-ups from IE bowser even without IE open :feels-hot

It's called ad/spyware. Go to Download.com and do a search for spyware then get an application that removes it. :(
