Are there any other processors to choose from that are reliable?
How?s Epoch? Probilling? etc.....

Epoch and Jettis also are generally well regarded.

We use Netbilling as our primary and CCbill as the backup.

We will never use third party processing as a primary ever again.

After CCBill, I think Epoch is next followed by iBill followed by cash and carry.
