what is the tax in the US
 

What is the tax for individuals in the us? and what is the tax for business owners? is it 20-30% or more? I'm not talking about 'smart tax moves' or something, just the real life taxes.

Depends on
1. How much you earn
2. What State you live in
3. Are you a person or a corporation.

Try www.irs.gov for the Federal taxes, each State may or may not havean income tax also.

Judging by your over simplification, you must not have an idiotically complicated taz system in your country.

If you live here... there is tax for everything.

1) income taxes
2) social security tax (I mean..am I gong to live to be 65!!!!)
3) unemployment
4) sales tax
5) vehicle registration
6) property tax
7) telephone use tax
8) tax on ciggarettes
9) federal gas tax (above and beyond sales tax)


I love this country, spent alot of time in the military. But damn.. let me keep some fucken money would ya! :-)
