I had testicular cancer .... a particular strain that had never been seen before and my removed nut traveled around Australia. It didn't look anything like that, but it was a famous nut anyhow.

Funny thing is they don't remove it from your ball sack ... they take it up the testicular tube and out just above the pelvis. Fucking hurts for a few months.
