You'll probably need to fax them a signed request for your information to be reset/emailed to you.

If you don't know your account number for some reason you can get it off of your order/join forms...

or you can email or ICQ the webmaster of the ibill sites you are promoting and they can look it up cause that is what I did last week when I got a new PC
