The case against OJ might have been good, but it was extremely complex. Add to that the liability of Mark Furhman and the all black jury, and you have an aquittal no matter how good the case is.

Kobe will not have an all black jury, and the case is very simple. Its just a matter of her credibility, plus the bellhop and physical evidence, against Kobe's word.

From whats come out so far, I wouldn't bet against the prosecution on this one.
