Seriously dude, you seem to be making a multipage tgp. Your going to have to do alot better then that. Look around easygals.com / cowlist.com / cntgp.com / searchgals.com and ask yourself what makes your site better then any of those? When you come up with a reason you may be onto something.

You say no popups at the top, but then there are no rules stated before you get to submit. You don't even say if you require a reciprocal link. Where are your banners?

Personally, I like th emenu laid out like that, but i'm not your target audience.
