a friend of mine wants to set up a DVD website where he sells multi-region DVDs to people at discount prices.

He has a vision to be as good as or even better than Play.com and CD-WOW.com.

He needs to know whats the best way to go about advertising his website.

I told him that google adwords would be a good place to start but Im not sure having never advertised before.

He wants it up and running and getting hits asap - so whats the best way to start people of GFY? :thumbsup

i also have a dvd website which was online, and is currently offline for upgrades.

pleasuredvds.com is mine.

i will do lots of banner advertising as well as alot of SE marketting which i have been getting rather good at, as well as some other stuff i supose.
