I bought 40k from them about two weeks ago as a test, and I'm pretty disappointed with the results so far.
By their numbers, we got 40006 unique visitors. By my numbers, we got:

15237 unique people.
0 sales.
~$5 in secondary revenue.

Probably an even bigger disappointment than the fact that there were no sales, was how poorly this traffic performed on secondary revenue, which was less than ten percent of the average from our own traffic, in both dollar terms and percentage of clicks.

If anyone else thinks they can do better, let me know. I need cheap non-APNIC traffic that performs!!

His traffic is all Brazil. It says so on his site I believe. It's productive as far as I know, but Brazil people can't buy anything very easily.

I can offer you some pure expired domain 404 traffic, as well as pure video click. People seem to be doing well with both types, but they must go to a clean page.
