Is There a Host out there who answer emails?

Ive been with same host for my pay sites for three years hbhosting, the uptime is good and in the past they where always helpfull and good, but over the last year they just dont answer their support tickets, which doesnt actually work properly, dont give you email access, Ive got ICQ access to one engineer, but he doesnt often answer it and they cant sort out the only thing I need, which is to put back my pennywize directives in the virtual host container, that had been there for two years and they can no longer manage.

So I need a host (doesnt have to be cheap!) who can host my pay sites, I need at least 2gig of space, unlimited domains, but most of all (and this is what my current host cant manage anymore) I need them to do the simple thing of putting pennywize directives in the virtual host container, I cant be the only one who has ever needed this, lots of paysite owners use pennywize.

So if anyone knows a host who is

1. contactable
2. can add those directives
3. can give me at least 2 gig space
4. can handel my sponsor hosted gallery bandwidth
5. Have been around for a few years, Im a loyal customer who doesnt want to keep changing hosts

Please let me know, I need to get it sorted today

After 6+ years in this bizz and being with a shit load of hosts I honestly have to say ISPrime! Their tech support is the best I have ever seen! :)

Try www.wizzhosting.com - they seem to have one of their staff on ICQ and MSN 24 hours a day.

ive never sent them an email that they didn't reply to in less then an hour! 100% uptime, no bullshit, they actually care about their clients which is why i refuse to host anywhere else :thumbsup
