Perfect 10 vs. Net Management Services
 

It seems they got a nice victory in court agains Perfect 10 last month. Apparently a judge ruled that celeb sites that offer movie reviews, biographies basically a news zine setup are legal and protected by the First Amendemend. Anyone got a news link or link to the drafted ruling? google only brings up 2 sites showing the court date of 7/7/2003

I would be interested in knowing more about this as well.

Isn't DeepUndercover a reporter? Maybe he can dig up the scoop.
