First day here and I'm loving life! I can't believe how much I've missed this place. I doubt I'm going to want to leave when the time comes.

yeah washington state kicks so much ass that you have to pay 1.5% coporate tax on all revenue. Thats revenue folks, not profit!

I give a big :321GFY to washington state, the state with (in most cases) the highest taxes in the nation.

you havent lived in Texas...I think their taxes were 8% 15 years ago..

it worth it to me.. i have my mountains all around me..and that makes me happy...Washington takes care of its state as far as preserving its nature...

hubbys family is here so i had little choice.. would prefer to live closer to the Seattle /oly area..

Thinking about moving back soon as well. Went to college at Western in Bellingham but am from the other side in a small town called Odessa. I'e been in LA 3 years, it will be nice to have clear skies and fresh air again. :thumbsup

nope, i was in washington state and the liquor store was closed on sundays, and it closed early in the evening. the clerk was a cop too if im not mistaken... it was in eastern washington though.

That's a state liquor store. You can still buy beer and wine 7 days a week up until 2am in any store that sells it. And that is in Eastern Washington...

Just got back from the Queensryche/Dream Theater concert at the Paramount in Seattle...OMG. It was a goddamn religious experience. I left a wet damn seat, I swear. FIVE hours of raw, in your face balls out rock and roll and my ears are still ringing, my voice is gone, and I desperately need to get laid now.

There are several Washingstate guys up there, The dormangles.com, stupidcash.com, soulcash and several others.. can't think of em all.

its not that bad but its pretty gay. state run liquor stores that rip you off bad and yes they are closed on sudays and they close early. i heard they were thinking about starting to have them open on sundays but i havent seen it yet. it would be better if it were normal like every other state where u can buy liquor at safeway or whatever.

If the worst you can find about this state are the liquor stores, then ALL states should have such problems!

SoulCash offices are downtown Renton. I live on Sunset Hill in Renton. Yes you do have to plan your liquor buying expeditions but it's all good... or else you're drinking beer.
