"This is the same group that bought the rights to a VCHIP patent and went after everybody who used a VCHIP anti-porn chip. They lost. The guy that started it is H. Lee Brown. They have lost most of their attempts so far and have a VERY negative cash flow. They are going after all of the porn streaming media people first cuz they are very right wing but the porn people are VERY organized and are coming back at them like a ton of bricks from multiple directions. All of the patents they bought for their video attack have been invalidated in the past, they already tried to get a bunch of major studios to sign up and they told them to blow it so they are going after the little guys. It's very reassuring to see how confident the people are about the prior art aspect on that forum. Somebody will find something, & ACACIA will run off like a dog that just got spanked with a newspaper. I have no doubt in my mind.
