NYC Adult Studio Share

We're an established NYC Adult internet company, we ended up doing a lot less content producion in-house than originally intended so we're offering studio use on a long term, monthly basis to established, professional adult companies with references. Three blocks from subway, 3000 sq ft, multiple sets (including Sci-Fi, medical, traditional Japanese Tatami room for bondage sets etc.) seamless backdrops, many props, strobes, video lights, softboxes, Mola softlight reflector (beauty dish) etc. Large model wardrobe, shower, makeup area, fully equipped woodshop on premises for set building. Comfortable lounge for model interviews. Pro digital SLRs, 3CCD video, dolly and glidecam. DVD mastering and duplication available on site. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

How much for you to take pics of me naked?

Goddess digital media isnt it that Kiko chick who thinks she is better than everyone? I remember her bragging about her big studio in NYC in fact. Are you her with a new id?
|
Indeed. We used to be partners. Kiko was able to retire recently and I bought her out. Don't know if she thought she was better than everyone but modesty and self control certainly weren?t her strong points. On the other hand I've seen a lot of models enter and leave the business and few do so as profitably as she did.
In any event, content production is not something we ended up doing a lot of. So we have a lot of studio space that's idle half the time. |

I have a few friends in the NYC area who are actually looking for space. I'll put you in touch with them. Yeah I've seen Kiko's studio space and there were alot of fancy things around to create great content with. A quick question for you - if she's not out there trying to be the Asian Danni Ashe, what's she doing these days instead? She seemed pretty passionate about her work, and I can't imagine her doing anything else. |
Hello Melvin, thanks for the info. We try to keep a pretty low profile but for the right company the studio would be a good resource to have access to.
Kiko entered the business with a pretty clear time frame and exit strategy. She had a really good year so was able to move that up a bit. She got her mainstream business pretty well established while she was still at the studio, then after the buy out she focused entirely on that. I and the girls have continued to run the company and have had a bit of a growth spurt in the last few months, nothing incredible but enough to keep everyone enthusiastic and energized. |
