We do our best at running a 100% profession operation. We have some of the best programmers I have ever worked with....actually a few of them I was lucky enough to bring over to ARS when I was hired in Feb 02. Again man, they are just letting loose after being worked and pushed to the edge lately.

but u need to look at the other side on how fucked up it is.

The ARS database has names, addresses, Tax id #'s, bank account routing numbers.
