just wanted to thank all the local webmasters that came by our
webmaster Indy Race Party last weekend in Vancouver.

the party started at 12noon on Sunday and went to 2:00 am on Monday morning.by the end of the night I had about 300-400 people.

all booze and food was sponsored by WildOnCash and
WildOnContent

i would have taken allot more pics but I was focused on getting pissed.

i asked his neighbor if he wants to sell as i wanted to buy there also but not selling.

if you buy in downtown Vancouver you want to be down by Urban Fair.only place to be.

I am looking for nice building with good security, 2 bedroom, over 1000sf, nice patio, with great views including water. Fewer bums and junkies around the better. Only plan on living there 2 months a year.

Oh, and Coal Harbour is the place to be, not Yaletown (where Urban Fare is). Yaletown is closer to the downtown eastside, where all he crackheads are.
Coal Harbour is closer to Stanley Park, the buildings are newer and the view of the north shore mountains is nicer...

Coal Harbour is not my place John - to far from everything.

Urban Fair/Yaletown has the restaurant patios , nightlife and the
SENERY is GOLD - you know what I'n talkin' about;-)))

Dude...I'm 2 blocks from Robson...don't tell ME about Scenery...lol

And anyway, I'm still pissed that I didn't get an invite to your Indy party...

dont you live in Dallas?I lived there also for 3 years - Vancouver is night and day when it comes to safety then Dallas.

you can walk anywhere in downtown Vancouver at 4 in the morning and nothing is going to happen to you. its very safe.

I was at that party Whit !! what a fuckin blast - that was one of the old Starnet boys house and my old neighborhood:-)

I live in a very nice gated area in dallas, I can walk around naked and leave my doors unlocked.

I have spent quite a bit of time in Vancouver, all the drugiies and beggers are my concern. Someone should round them up and take them way up north.

Brad, Charlo lives across the street from me, I believe.

Coal Harbour is quiet and safe. The closest thing to "clubs" and stuff is the fact that you're a few blocks from Robson where the restaurants and shops are...but even then, you don't hear too much. Yaletown is for pansies like Brent...lol.

The only thing that pisses us off are the fuckin Harely Davidson riders that think it's so cool to make as much freakin noise as possible while driving through what is essentially a residential area. I guess in their pee sized, steriod reduced brains they don't realize that noise reverberates up through the concrete buildings...
They should all go back to Surrey where they belong.
I'm gonna start throwing eggs down at them...lol

I plan on living in Vancouver next summer, buying a place within next 6 months. Maybe I can play nice with Vancouver peeps and get invited to a party? No loud music or drugs though.....

They are just druggies and beggars, they aren't that scary, the Druggies are pretty skinny and easy to push over. The first place I lived was down town Vancouver condo, it wasn't that scary after awhile, and I lived in International Villiage which is right next to East Hastings.


You will probably want to buy in Kitts or something. Anything decent starts around $350K+ Can I think. Pretty soon I will end up in some dinky 800sqft one bedroom downtown.

Brad you should think about buying more than 1 place. now that we got the Olympics in 2010, real estate is a gold mine here in downtown Van.

I have no doubt a place there would be a great investment. I really want to buy a place in alaska, by from an investment perspective Vancouver can not be beat.
