Im thinking about trying the no carb diet. Quick question, can I drink coffee and smoke pot?

what i been doing is not eat any carbs during the week and eating whatever on the weekends

Cuts the cravings down since i can look forward to the weekends

but not sure on the coffee and pot, but for sure pot will make you alot hungier
