Why is Acacia even being allowed or invited to the Internext show?
 

I was just thinking about this and I don't get it. Who invited Acacia and why should they even be allowed to attend our private industry convention at all?

Do you know what every Acacia employee looks like? There is no way to keep them from going to the show.

Well its supposed to be an adult webmaster show and I cant't see Accacia submitting sites to The Hun anytime soon.

Acaica is not in the adult business and their only interest is in litigation against the business - You don't "chat" with the "opposing side" :)

without a doubt, they will be taking cards and checking booths to find new companies to go after. i wouldn't put it past them to mass serve people as well.

Makes you wonder how many of those who can't see a problem with it have either not been sent the papers and/or haven't the sense to understand how serious it is.

I doubt this is their first show anyways. Also, just because they are there doesnt mean you have to be nice to them or be lined up at their booth. Actually i am pretty sure it will be quite the opposite.

I agree. On D$'s show today, Berman spoke of all of the research they did and he was very familiar with the adult terminology.
I suspect they've at LEAST attended vegas Internext last January, if not every adult webmaster show that's been held this year... and perhaps going back to Cybernet Expo last november and possibly even Internext Miami last year.
They've been doing a lot of research getting ready to send out these letters and assuring themselves that they wouldn't be wasting their money by doing so.
They've been among us for a while.

Cmon now, they don't have to register as Acacia. For all you know they could be streaming-sex.com or something like that when they do get there.

They walk in just like all the other newbies. It isn't that difficult. It's not like there's some huge application process to get in.

They're just going to give a bunch of geeks their little packets and walk around to your booths where you're showing off your stuff and then serve you with a packet right there and pick up your biz card. Hell those bastards will probably take some freebie promo stuff from you too.

I only hope that some of them go to the parties and that one of you gets a little drunk and decides to hand one of them a beating, I know if I was there I would.

Nah, they did not do much research by all of the little guys that have been served.. Furthermore, I made most my money in real estate last year.... LOL

My business is part-time work at home since my kids come first. I also have husband that probably has a brain tumor....

Could you imagine how bad these guys would look if people like me showed up to court ?
