From Globill to CCbill - How long for Visa app?
 

For those who switched from Glo-bill to Cbill, how long does it take for the Visa app to go through. Rep's say 7 days, but I'm hearing so many variations from webmasters, some say its been over 2 weeks and nothing yet.

7 business days is what I heard also
