There is no best.. there's just different.. Tom (va2k) does awesome galleries, Fletch does great galleries, I've seen quite a few others do great galleries.. I've been told my galleries do well too. Guess it depends on what you're looking for, everyone has their niche :)

The best gallery designers aren't peddling their designs on boards. Funnily enough most of the gallery designers around now rely too much on pretty graphics heavy pages. They don't sell as well.

There are as far as I know about 10 really good gallery makers
and I havent seen any of them here looking for buisness.
A good gallery maker can still make 5 to 10k a month just doing 1 gallery per day and less than 100 tgp's I know I can but then I dont make galleries for other people.

haha .. I don't conside myself to be a good designer/gallery maker and I am doing those numbers already.

I know of one guy who now runs his own program who used to charge $250 for a gallery template a year back. They didn't look that impressive, but they made a fucking fortune.
