Acacia and content providers
 

One of the content providers I buy video from never digitizes the video. He always sends me a VHS tape which I digitize myself.

Would Acacia still want a licensing fee from that content provider?

Would I be considered a 'producer' for digitizing the video myself and would I have to pay TWO LICENSING FEES?

I'm sure they'd figure out some way to claim they have a patent on that too.. :)
