Toshiba 17'' monitor Laptops
 

Has anyone purchased one of these? I need a laptop and went shopping around today and saw one of these. I probably will go Dell but damn is this thing not tight!

toshiba makes good laptops, i've been looking at dell and ibm, but this thing looks pretty sweet...

I have the pro version with the 15" and I love the thing. best laptop I have ever owned. used to be a Dell enthus...still have the Dell desktops, but switched to Toshiba for the Laptop with now regrets.

I got one too. Toshiba makes damn good lappy's. Never had a prob with it

the res on that display is a little weak tho :(

Toshiba Rocks! I've got the Satellite 5200 and its been great! I had a problem with it about a month ago, took it to one of their certified repair shops and the fixed it without a hasle! The warranty they give rocks! :2 cents:

how is the color representation and the clarity on the displays?

is the A26/S307. It's sweeeeeet :) I had a Satellite before, too, but it just wore out and it came with ME ugh!

Toshiba has great laptops, though. Very nice stuff.

the battery life on that 17incher sucks

I run a Satellite as my primary machine, cordless KB and mouse, and it's also the host for our small office network.

I think it rocks (2000 pro).

i own a toshiba laptop too and i'm very happy with it,:)

The problem is. I don't need a high performance laptop but I do want a big monitor on it. I also like Sony but have heard bad things about them as well.

One of my partners has the Toshiba. Its fantastic.
