If I tell you go "go fuck yourslf" but I spell it wrong, can you still sue me?

Maybe I can get off on the bad spelling error technicality. What does your lawyer say about that.

Probably that I can still be sued and he can still get work.

Telling an individual to do something presents choices to that individual.. as in the case with, "Go Fuck Yourself"..

The individual can choose to either fuck himself now, fuck himself at a later date, or not fuck himself at all.

So in that the individual has only been told to go fuck himself, and not forced to do so, it then becomes the individual's choice as to the outcome of the situation; eliminating any possible grounds for suit.

This would be expected to be true, but then ya think..

A lady puts a styrofoam cup of hot coffee between her legs and spills it, sues Mickey D's and gets a whole lotta bucks..

People get fat because they eat at Mickey D's 3 times a day.. Mickey's fault! Let's Sue!!

Actually, she didn't spill it. The coffee sort of exploded out of the cup. (It's true). After having read the REAL story, I understand her case much better. Also - she has gone through cosmetic surgery several times because of severe burns.

The only way it could have exploded was by her squeezing it between her legs to keep it still.. to the point that the lid popped off and out came the menace...

and as far as the burns.. the degree of the burns was partly because of her nylons.. Once the coffee melted them, it was no longer a matter of hot coffee burns.. it became melted nylon fabric sticking to the skin.

But either way.. putting a flimsy cup full of hot coffee between your legs is pretty much asking for pain.. It still boggles my brain..

Now... back to the "go fuck myself" lawsuit.. :)

Dammit you stole my idea. But I was gonna use fornicateth.
