Once again that does nothing to de legitimize my claim that if you serve MPG files you are safer from Acaica litigation then if you serve some other "streaming" file format like wmv, asf, or real.
I am talking about MPG1, which is the de facto standard for most websites that use download as a means of getting video to the subscriber as opposed to streaming it to them.
Try putting mPG4 on your website now. You will have so many charge backs because people can't play them back that you will probably get your account canceled.
And why do you keep creating a new thread about this Issue? Do you do that so you can keep running from the facts. Reply to the other threads next time. Stop ducking.
