Sticky post request
 

Perhaps Lensmen or some other mod could make a sticky post that tells people NOT to discuss prior art and other things that are good for the IMPA's case. Also, the post should have contact info for the IMPA.

Posting of a specific find should not be done! Anything that's found that might be considered prior art should be sent to spike at homegrownvideo.com. I'm certain that he'll pass it on to someone capable of reviewing it properly (or will post a more appropriate e-mail address at some point for these submissions).

However, discussions that clarify exactly what might constitute prior art is a whole other thing. There's even a number of misconceptions about what the patent(s) actually cover. I feel that trying to muzzle the boards on this topic is folly and plays into Acacia's hands. The more people looking for prior art, the better chance of finding it.
