Its not the end of the world tho, im lucky enough to make money from several sites and sponsors. The thing is, this paysite is my baby and got me in the biz. Its been online for 2 years and ive had members staying with me forever. Sure they will sign up with ccbill again but for now its a big loss and i need to compensate it.

The problem with reality content like this is that the producers usually don't have model releases. In such cases, you can't legally use the content. I mean you could, but if one of these girls see her pics on your domain she could sue you.

I know that I have been threatened by models who claim I had content which they claim they never signed a release for. I got fucked over by a crook photographer who shot various models for my sites but never paid them or secured a release. I personally know other models who have sued (and won) over this issue.

There's gotta be some reason they won .....

It is true that if you take a picture in a public place and it is NOT for commercial use (such as advertising) the picture can be published or even sold. However, if the picture reflects negatively on the subject as it most definitely would if it were to appear on a porn site, the subject can sue and would in all likjelihood win. If the subject never sees the pic, I guess you're OK but I would stay away from content like this anyway. I have a real problm with putting content of a model on a porn site without her permission. IMHO, that's just plain sleezy!

I cannot imagine how to produce a porn site with this type of content :helpme ... you can barely see nakkid tits on the pics
