I love it when people miss the point. GloBill went under for trying to exploit a loophole. Too many people on your list seem to be, for various reasons, on equally shakey ground.

If you are in Canada, get a corp somewhere in Europe and use whatever processors have an operation in that region. They include CCBillEU, proBilling, IBillEU and several others..

Not that this should be a factor any more, - but Euro processors do not have "$750 fees" - use that money to get a decent corp set up in the Euro banking region and avoid the current hotbed in the US.

You are then complying with "cross border" rules and have a choice of *any* processors in Europe - nuff said! :)

Know of anywhere I can get it done cheaper? That was a UK solution...
