I just wanted to announce that the D$ Show will start an hour earlier then normal on a different day (tues).

This is a very important show to listen to, so we're doing a 2 hour special. We'll have Robert Berman from Acacia to answer questions and speak as our guest.

I know I already posted this news, but I needed to confirm the start time so you won't miss it.

We'll select the best questions sent, and we'll ask a few of our own.

The idea here is to learn more. We've had great questions posted and sent already, keep them coming. Just send us your questions to my email, it's easier for me to organize that way.

My mission as a talk show host isn't to bash anyone, it's to ask intelligent questions. It's up to you to form your own impressions and views with the information. We had the IMPA on last week to discuss their stance, now we need to hear from the other side.

I'd prefer that the angry webmasters channel their anger and present good questions or arguments.

And yes, we will. Not sure how many calls we'll take, it all depends on the questions sent in advance to my email. If we have so many great questions to go through, we need to get those out of the way, then take callers. I'm assuming we'll have plenty of time since it will be a 2 hour show. I don't think Acacia will be on for the full 2 hours, but we'll have them on as long as it takes to get enough good information.

You won't want to miss this show. In the past our show was light hearted, talkin' shit about whatever pops into mind. Not anymore. Times are serious, lot's of issues to learn more about. We hope you all take these issues serious as well.

But I won't hold back with the questions, if the questions are good.

And remember one thing, they do hold a patent whether you want to believe it's possible or not. They have one. There will still be a court hearing to determine whether their patent is valid.

Until proven invalid, it's valid. So take this show serious and try to show some respect. I know lot's of emotions will be flowing and you can't help but to have a few webmasters speak their mind in a chat room, freedom of speech. However, be on your best behavior and represent our industry in a constructive way. I know it's asking a lot from a group called, gofuckyourself.
