Best Fast Food Lunch

I have been trying to cut down on the amount of fast food I eat but sometimes I just have to have it. Today is one of those days. I have been hooked on Arby's Triple Cheese & Bacon or the Chicken, Bacon & Swiss for quite some time now and it's time for a change. What should I try next?

I always thought about getting one of those but they look a little too healthy for me. I could stand a little "extra healthy" with my lunches from now on so I think I will try one. How big are they? Will I still be hungry if I eat one?
