I believe in some way or another their is a conspiracy among visa, mc, and the government to stop porn on the Internet! Now that they fucking forgot about hussein and bin laden, they are focusing on whats happening on the Internet!

Let me tell you this you fucking assholes, no matter what, you can never shut down porn on the Internet, and even if people do not use credit cards to buy porn we will come out with creative ways to get people to pay for porn and we will thrive and keep on making the $$.

BTW, just to remind the government and every other organization we still do have the Bill of Rights!

i bet if they try hard enough they could shut down most of the US/EU/CA porn companies. if they can't do it directly they can just shut down sites that provide us with services. and since has anyone even read that fucking bill of rights. from what i can see they stopped giving a FUCK shit or a piss what that document said about 40 years after they wrote it.

There was an article awhile back that Visa was putting the heat on the adult industry to get the government to agree to favorable clauses for them in bankrupcy lawsuits

Keep in mind that at this very moment, VISA and MC are spending tons of money to lobby Congress to change bankruptcy laws to make them more favorable to creditors (effectively changing bankruptcy into a way to defer payment on debts, but not escape them altogether).

Wouldn't surprise me at all if there was a little "you scratch our backs, we'll scratch yours" going on with the Republican majority.

I dont think its against adult I think its against third party processors. If you have a adult high risk merchant account on your own, you dont have to have the MC mall. I think there has been too many thieves processing under the cloak of third parrty processing and the cc companies want to clean that up.
