Did the US violate the Geneva Convention?
 

I'm curious what people think of showing the bodies of Sadaam's sons on TV. Seems hypocritical to me that the US went nuts about showing US POWs on TV, then they go and show these bodies with the shit shot out of them.

Showing pictures like that is part of the Middle East political culture. They expect to see shit like this. The US is trying to play by thier rules. Except we have a hard time getting it right and the US gets shit about it either way.

Ahh, I completely forgot about that. And BTW, I'm American and very pro-America (although not everything they do), it was just a thought that popped into my head. Forgot it only applied to POWs.

Yes, we violate internation laws every day just to show the rest of the world we can.

United States tells the world to respect the international laws and at the same time violates them, sounds contradictory to me.
